IE7 + Vista - Window.Open issue
Interestingly to me, on XP, (also with IE7) it does NOT have this problem. I suspect it has something to do with a local file based URL and protected mode in IE? The problem seems to be related to if the browser is already running! To reproduce: 1. Close all the IE windows 2. Execute the above code.

... the window "internet tools" hangs too... but when i restart IE after ctrl-alt-del the lan--settings work... i guess the del history problem is related to this!
